1. Who we are

This website and the FRONTcesca service are operated by Gotoclient SLU (VAT nbr ESB65149825), with registered address at Plaça de la Gal·la Placídia 5-7, escala C, 7è 1a, 08006 Barcelona, Spain.

By accessing or using frontiermarketing.io, frontcesca.app or any related service, you enter into a contract with Gotoclient SLU and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Frontier Marketing provides editorial and educational content, a self-assessment, a paid downloadable playbook, and FRONTcesca, a subscription-based AI assistant for marketing strategy. FRONTcesca generates content using large language models; outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for regulated professional advice without qualified human oversight.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the scope of the plan or product you purchase. You must be of legal age and, where you act for an organisation, have authority to bind it.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of intellectual property rights, and interference with security (including malware, probing, scraping or attempts to circumvent technical limits).

For FRONTcesca specifically, you must not use it to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech or malware, or to attempt to bypass model safeguards ("jailbreaking"). You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for ensuring you hold the rights to any content you submit.

4. Intellectual property

Gotoclient SLU retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, texts, documentation and branding. No resale, redistribution or reverse engineering is permitted.

You retain the rights to content you submit to FRONTcesca and may use the outputs it generates for you, subject to these terms. If you believe content available through the service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove or restrict it. Repeated infringement may lead to suspension.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated billing frequency until cancelled.

7. Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

8. Content moderation and suspension

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend or terminate access in cases of material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.

When access ends, your right to use the service ceases; where feasible we will give you a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

10. General

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
