We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase — the Frontier Marketing playbook or a FRONTcesca subscription — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the purchase lookup with the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle order receipt. You can also reach us through the contact page on this site and we will help you with the request.

For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and the 30-day guarantee applies to the initial payment.
